Air fryers are more energy efficient than an oven and can save Britons money on their energy bills, and according to a study, 30 percent of UK households own one.
However, cleaning air fryers can be tricky, with each one having a slightly different design.
Luckily, fans of cleaning sensation Mrs Hinch, whose full name is Sophie Hinchliffe, have shared their simple solution for cleaning air fryers.
The cleaning and lifestyle influencer has more than 4.6 million followers on Instagram and often shares her garden and home tips online.

Fans of hers have taken to social media in recent years to share their own hacks for solving common household problems.
Karen Kelland asked: "How to clean an air fryer oven? Many thanks."
The post was inundated with responses but the most suggested solution was to use washing up liquid.
Sonia Cumiskey said: "Rub with a hot cloth rinsed in Fairy Liquid and white vinegar. Dry with a clean, damp cloth and leave open to dry."
Michelle Hughes commented: "I just put some water in a bowl and switched the air fryer on until the water boils.

Veronica Austin replied: "Just boiling water and a squirt of Fairy Liquid."
Jayne Blockley suggested: "I half fill mine with hot water and a bit of washing up liquid. Put it on for five to 10 minutes and then rinse it out."
Linda Lawal wrote: "I just wash mine in hot, soapy water. Don't use Brillo pads. It takes the non-stick off it and scratches it."
Rho Matthews commented: "If you can take the basket out just wash it up as a normal oven tray. The Scoville one I have is so easy to clean with dish soap and water."
